Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at managing both people and processes in a fast‑paced construction environment.

This role oversees scheduling, change order processing, service estimating, and daily operational performance. You will collaborate closely with field staff, customers, and internal leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery and efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support a department of approximately 5-15 residential service technicians.
• Oversee all scheduling functions, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of crews.
• Review, process, and track change order requests through to completion.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on field reports, scopes of work, and service needs.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly department transactions and operational metrics with a strong attention to detail.
